Growing up on the water, I was always advised to never turn your back on the ocean. As serene as the waves can be, a single current can change everything.


I believe we need to bring the same attention and reverence to the environments in which we work. This means working in concert with those around us, facing concerns head-on, and tackling the internal work that may be holding us back.

Like water to stone, I act as a guiding force for highly driven individuals who know they can achieve more with their teams. Known to "hold up the mirror," I bring a gentle yet firm approach to helping my clients increase their self-awareness and reach a new level of introspection—so they can show up for their people in a way that prioritizes connection, communication, and fulfillment.

With over 30 years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner and Executive Coach, I've worked with hundreds of leaders across a variety of industries, to help them connect with their teams and propel their companies forward.

Previously I was with Google and Amazon, working with more than 80 SVPs, VPs and Directors in tech, product, sales and business, and with teams across many countries and job families. With experience as a senior HR leader and strategist within Fortune 100 organizations, I understand first-hand the culture and intricacies of a high-powered corporate environment.
